Finite Element Analysis

Finite element analysis (FEA) is a computerized method for simulating how structures respond when exposed to vibrations, heat, or other physical effects. From the response it is possible to design future structures or to make conclusions on how existing structures perform.

Krabbenhøft & Ingolfsson performs FEA with Abaqus/CAE from Dassault Systemes. We find Abaqus to be the most powerful and complete software to perform these kinds of detailed simulations for both routine and sophisticated engineering problems covering a large spectrum of applications.

With experience from other FEA simulation software, we find Abaqus as the most suitable software for our area of expertise.
